Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy for defective or damaged products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that the refund can take 3 to 5 business days to show up on your bank statement.
Refunded value will be equal to the amount paid. For instance, items that were on sale will only be refunded for the amount of the sale price at the time of purchase.
If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted after we've issued it. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are handled in one of two ways. We can either send you a replacement of the item you returned, or we can issue store credit that can be used toward a different item. The choice is yours.
Products from NightFire Illumination are offered with a 90 day money back guarantee as well as limited lifetime replacement warranty. For all returns or replacements of NightFire products, please contact them at email@example.com.
Products from our Watch Shop are offered with a 30 day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that within 30 from the date of product delivery, you can return the product for a full refund, no questions asked.
Guitars from David's Guitar Vault are offered with a 72-hour in-home audition period where you can play the instrument with your amp and your pedals, in your home, for three days to make sure you like it. If not, return if. If the guitar is returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION as it was sent, your purchase price will be refunded minus any shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
